System and Workflow Assessment

LenapeMED professionals work with you and your team to identify efficiency opportunities, quantify ROI (Return on Investment) potential, and recommend ‘Best Practices’.

This includes analyzing the existing technical environment and recommending enhancements, providing an ROI impact of a LenapeMED system solution implementation and consulting with management regarding the action plan needed to leverage the new solution. Specific areas of focus include office forms conversion, existing patient folder conversion, and workflow enhancements.

Existing Technical Environment

LenapeMED professionals will review and catalog your current office related technical environment to determine where upgrades are required. In most instances, new equipment will be recommended and included with LenapeMED’s low monthly system pricing. This review will include PC’s, printers, copiers, faxes, scanners, modems, routers and all associated wiring and wireless components.

Voice Communications

Since voice communications is an integral part of an efficiently operating medical practice, LenapeMED professionals will analyze your current services and how well they compliment your overall technology environment. In many instances, we may recommend changes, based on our experience, to your current services to improve features and reduce cost.

Workflow Analysis

The full benefit of employing EMR and associated technology is not normally achieved unless the current office workflow is analyzed and fully understood.  LenapeMED professionals will work with you and your staff to determine your current workflow so that we can best implement our EMR system in a manner that provides the best return on investment (ROI). In many instances, a change in workflow will be beneficial to gaining efficiencies that reduce costs and improve patient care.
